Reporting to: Market Segment Lead
Role Purpose:
The Go to Market (GTM) Lead will manage a group of direct reports, working closely with the revenue segment lead they will agree objectives that align to the European and segment priorities and annual financial plan. The GTM plan will be primarily focused on existing product portfolio, but will also include optimising ISV capability within the scope of any plan, ensuring the right proposition is delivered to the right target market, through the right distribution channels, using all available communication and engagement tools and techniques
This position requires strong business acumen, highly developed interpersonal skills and tenacity in order to be effective. The role holder will be expected to comfortable with both direct and matrix management. They will also need to engage regularly with a broad set of senior stakeholders throughout the Elavon business and champion initiatives at both a European and segment level. The expectation for the role is that it becomes a key aid to the European segment leads, that can positively impact revenue and expense.
The position can either be home based or office based across Elavons European sites, with an expectation of travel as required.
Key Accountabilities:
Be responsible for the management of direct reports and the alignment of their individual and collective objectives to the European and segment annual priorities
Design and implement a formal field engagement process ensuring all Market Insight from relevant customer and partner facing functions is consolidated and considered within strategic and GTM planning.
Be a key business partner of Sales enablement using this information in the development of GTM plans (internal inputs to planning) Be a key business partner to the product function and strategic project delivery groups, and understand pipeline, timelines and plan all GTM activity to deliver on an agreed business case.
Be fully accountable for the design and implementation, either directly or through shared services, GTM plans, covering opportunities at country, vertical, channel and product level (as each may apply in any segment).
Work with all Shared service functions to effectively utilize the specialism and capacity they offer in the effective execution of a GTM plan. Within this role partner with all segment GTM leads to support any prioritization processes ensuring the best European outcome is delivered.
Work closely with marketing team in execution of GTM plan including digital marketing, customer communication, partner marketing, campaigns execution.
Own the development of the GTM function, and organization process to ensure optimal efficiency, no duplication across functions and continual improvement in expected outcomes from the deployment of GTM plans.

Skills / Experience required:
Knowledge and experience of proposition commercialisation and effective delivery to market
Knowledge, understanding & interpretation of strategic business plans
Experience of managing senior stakeholders within a matrix organisation
Highly collaborative individual
Proven track record of influencing strategic business decisions
Excellent communication skills
Strong eye for detail; ability to spot and demonstrate trends to senior stakeholders alongside recommended course of action
Ability to work within fast moving and dynamic sales environment
