Job DescriptionResearch Resolutions (RR) is responsible for several back-office tasks such as Power of Attorney, Rewards, Error Reports, Annual Percentage Rate inquires etc. for many different products and portfolios. Each team member has a different set of tasks and responsibilities with unique requirements and deadlines that must be completed by their respective service level agreements. Collectively this team has one end goal to support and ensure all tasks in the department are meeting expectation.
Note: This role is a temporary work from home status and is subject to change once a plan is set in place to return to office.
Scheduled Shift: 8:30 am -5:00 pm Mon - Fri
Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of customer service experience
Preferred Skills/Experience Background in Cardmember Service processes
Excellent reading, writing, and interpersonal communication
Well-developed ability to collect, organize and relay information
Strong time-management, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
Must be able to react quickly and positively to any procedural changes to achieve departmental goals
Will need to have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently as well as with a group
