Job Description
Responsible for managing a team of business change and transformation leaders for Payment Services Operations business line.
Team responsible for the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned project(s) required to achieve business line strategic objectives. Delivery portfolio consists of business process and/or technology related initiatives. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion of initiative goals.
How you'll spend your time:
Accomplishes results through the effective management of direct and indirect staff that may range from lower level non-exempt through exempt level professionals.
Interfaces with Payment Operations leadership in the review and recommendation of operational systems and procedures affecting assigned units and the ongoing status of portfolio delivery.
Administers corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of operations-related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Superior knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area
In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations
Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills
Well-developed customer relations skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Thorough knowledge of banking operations and human resources

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $95,370.00 - $112,200.00 - $123,420.00
