This position is responsible for working with various areas within the company to successfully ensure that internal quality standards are met. Performs quality checks on internal boarding associates to ensure that customer's products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with boarding teams, sales staff and operations where applicable.

-Collaboration with team members to ensure quality functions are met
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of clerical and/or customer service experience
Thorough knowledge of the organization, products, services and systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

Pay Range: $23.38 - $27.50 - $30.25
