Job DescriptionU.S. Bank is currently seeking a Sr. Fund Administrator, who will be responsible for the preparation of SEC regulatory and financial statement filings, Board of Directors' reporting, and other financial information for Fund Administration Department clients as assigned. Additional responsibilities include: Works with senior-level Fund Administrators on regulatory compliance reporting for assigned mutual fund clients; and
Acts as the primary contact with fund clients, including the coordination of financial projects, mutual fund expense management, and communication of fund operations to clients and other business lines within U.S. Bancorp Fund Services.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
CPA certified or candidate
Two to five years of experience in Mutual Fund Administration or related field, i.e., public accounting
Preferred Skills/Experience General knowledge of Investment Company Act of 1940 and SEC filings, i.e., Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, etc.
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
This role will be hired remotely/work from home (WFH), and the expectation is that upon clearance to return to the office (timing unknown), the role will likely be a hybrid office/WFH workplace.
