Business Systems Analysts are the drivers of our continued growth and success. With their commitment to innovating the User Experience, these analysts seek, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. We’re currently searching for an experienced business analyst to help guide our organization to the future. From researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impacts, the ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. This person should also be wholly committed to the discovery and development of business-driven strategic solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.
Objectives and Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, security, compliance, internal team) to develop analyses, documentation, and design in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, designing a user experience that promotes increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability and scalability
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Six or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Experience working with Salesforce.com
Comprehensive knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for assigned business unit
Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders
Advanced understanding of Agile project management and testing methodology and procedures
Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to work as part of a project team
Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment
Experience with Agile Project Management Software Tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Etc.)
Inspired self-starter with the ability to take the lead on assigned projects
Opened-minded, flexible person who can adapt to suddenly changing objectives/priorities
