The FP&A Senior Analyst will report to the Head of Financial Analysis and will be an integral part of the Financial Analysis team based in Dublin, working on a hybrid basis.
The primary responsibilities will include:
Being the main point of contact for the Integrated Planning Process:
Monthly business line forecast
Quarterly 3 year rolling forecasts
Annual Financial Planning
Work closely as a Business Partner with the Wealth Management & Investment Services business line ensuring good stakeholder engagement, identifying areas of improvement & involved in group projects
Prepares a variety of management reports & presentations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, providing commentary and variance analysis to track budget
Working closely with the Business Line & Global Finance teams, building strong relationships by being a trustworthy and reliable Business Partner to all levels of the organisations
Support in analysing stakeholder needs; Adhoc analysis for business case development and custom financial analysis
Knowledge and Experience:
Qualified Accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) with 3+ years’ related post qualification experience
Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures
Thorough knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, planning and reporting
Experience of advanced Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Oracle/Essbase (preferred but not essential) or another ERP system desirable
Enthusiastic, independent and self-motivated person who can work independently managing competing priorities and strict deadlines
Strong communication skills essential
