You will be supporting our Legal team in the company's various businesses and functions, as well as by delivering labour law experience, legislative updates, and employment laws background to provide the business with accurate intelligence and validated information.
We expect to guide our clients through employment agreements, local regulations, onboarding requirements in the non-North American countries we operate in, including templates for employment agreements, employee handbooks, termination agreements, benefits, local labour procedures.
Provide practical sound legal information on all legal aspects concerning the employer/employee relationship, documents and procedures, including but not limited to local legislation relating to minimum terms, reciprocal rights and obligations, additional terms, incentives, benefits, templates for clients (including but not limited to proposals; offer letters; employment agreements, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements; employee handbook, mutual termination agreements and other documents and/or checklists related to the employment relationship and lifecycle).
Responsible for participating in the business acquisition process from an employment law point of view, preparing proposals, explaining, and demonstrating technical knowledge in employment law across regions and nuances in laws.
Contact, work with and partner with local law firms and other alliance partners, if necessary, for a full solution in legal information (corporate, tax, emigration).

You have immigration experience (would be a plus).
You have good standing in all jurisdictions where admitted (Bar)
You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience practicing international employment law, preferably with experience in-house at a multi-national company.
