Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a graduate Common Depositary Support Analyst to our Corporate Trust business line in Dublin. This highly motivated individual will be part of an existing team which has responsibility for our Common Depository and Agency Support roles.

Key working relationships

The role holder will be required to build and maintain effective relationships across the Bank and its parent, as well as with external parties.

The role holder will be part of a specialist team and will be expected to exhibit leadership and ownership ability in managing their daily work load.

Principal accountabilities of Position

  • Review documents and reports in relation to required SWIFT Messaging

  • Asset Servicing through SWIFT communication for Income reporting and Corporate Action processing

  • Enhance relationships with ICSD’s (Euroclear and Clearstream) by providing responsive and professional Customer Service.

  • Complete Ad hoc Tasks

Essential experience, skills and competencies:

  • Degree or Masters grad with any internship experience in Financial Services within a similar role, or a keen interest to work in Financial Services

  • Knowledge of Common Depository / working knowledge of ICSD (Euroclear/Clearstream) settlement process and/or knowledge of Fixed Income and the settlement process preferred.


  • Comfortable working as a self-starter

  • Ability to operate within a busy Team Environment, build relationships across business lines, strong communications skills;

  • Ability to understand and interpret Deal Documents and reports

  • Ability to manage a heavy and varied workload while demonstrating strong attention to detail
