Job Description We are seeking to appoint an experienced Common Depositary and Agency Services Support Analyst to our Corporate Trust business line in Dublin. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract initially. This highly motivated individual will be part of an existing team which has responsibility for our Common Depository and Agency Support roles.
The role holder will provide ownership of all functions required within this role.
Key working relationships The role holder will be required to build and maintain effective relationships across the Bank and its parent, as well as with external parties. The role holder will be part of a specialist team and will be expected to exhibit leadership and ownership ability in managing their daily work load.
Principal accountabilities of Position Document Review in relation to New Issues set up Process and existing Issues Completion of New Issues set up process – Asset set up and security settlement Asset Servicing – Income reporting, SWIFT Communication, Corporate Action Processing Reporting – Position Reconciliation, Daily SWIFT Statements, Query Execution Enhance relationships with ICSD’s, Internal and External Customers by providing responsive and professional Customer Service. Facilitation for Exchange of 144A and REGS Global Certificates Facilitate Transfer of Ownership on Global Certificates Provide ownership of our Registrar System Maintain a working relationship with external Common Depositories Request and verify all Disbursement Instructions received from the Common Depositories Complete Ad hoc Tasks
Essential experience, skills and competencies:
Experience Minimum 4 years’ experience in Financial Services within a similar role, with previous experience within Common Depository/Agency Services preferred; Thorough knowledge of Common Depository / working knowledge of ICSD (Euroclear/Clearstream) settlement process and/or knowledge of Fixed Income and the settlement process. Thorough knowledge of Agency Roles –Exchange Agent, Transfer Agent, Paying Agent and Registrar Roles Skills Comfortable working as a self-starter Ability to operate within a busy Team Environment, build relationships across business lines, strong communications skills
