Job Description To further strengthen our role as key market player in Europe and North America, we are looking for an EU based Product Manager (APIs).

The successful candidate will operate at an independent level managing all activities of Product Development across Elavon’s next generation boarding and servicing API portfolio. He/She will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Commercialisation Managers in the EU and NA as well as sales, operations, marketing and third party partners and vendors to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.

The role requires experience with Agile/SCRUM (in particular SAFe 5.0) including creation of epics, features and user stories for subsequent design, development, and testing activities.

Main Duties include the following:

Manages design, development, implementation and enhancement of the Boarding and Servicing API Products supporting organization and business line objectives; Complete detailed product requirements, product user stories and supporting documentation material for product launch; Ensure the product conforms with global regulatory requirements; Operate and run an Agile/SCRUM cadence to bring solutions to the market that address the needs determined through feedback collected from the market; Work with the Technology organisation to ensure robust sandbox and certification environments for Elavon’s API customers to consume; Manage product pilots, feature launches and subsequent product updates/enhancements as required; Review risk data related to product line(s) and ensure risks are effectively monitored and managed; Full understanding of the product lifecycle in an Agile/SCRUM development environment; Establish project schedules, plans and budget estimates in coordination with the API programme manager; Analyse business needs and project proposals and deliver multi-tier solutions ; Conduct competitive analysis and maintain information repositories of all competitive activity; Manage internal and external relationships associated with the API team;

Main Qualification, Skills and Experience include the following:

Essential Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Experience as a Product Owner or Manager managing the delivery of RESTful APIs, GraphQL and/or SDKs with software development teams Experience with tools such as Postman, Swagger and GitHub Previous payments related experience including:Strong technical background for requirements definition, assisting in architecture design Recent, relevant, or related developer experience Agile (e.g. SCRUM), iterative and Waterfall software development certifications and/or equivalent experience

Ability to travel internationally.

Ability Excellent verbal and written English language skills; Polish/Spanish/German language skills advantageous; Proven ability to multi-task; Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication capabilities, including the ability to work well with a variety of personalities Ability to communicate systems solutions or issues using appropriate language, both written and oral; Demonstrated leadership, influencing, decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic management skills to facilitate working in a global, cross-functional team Ability to work with users and management to analyze user requirements; Analytical thinker and problem solver who provides follow through; Ability to set and work to fixed deadlines; Must be able to self-manage delivery of assigned tasks to deadline; Detail orientated.
