Product Manager – Financial Products and Pricing, BNPL at U.S. Bank/ Elavon will be responsible to design, build and monitor financial product features to enable the Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) and Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions. To achieve this, this role will partner with our Pricing, Analytics and Credit Risk teams to ensure Consumers have market-leading consumer financing products that drive high conversion rates in checkout experiences. The candidate will own the corresponding OKRs/outcomes of the checkout experience.
A background in financial services and credit products is required. This role is a key participant in translating credit and risk strategies into intuitive, clear and simple customer experiences. The role will engage with cross-functional teams within Product and across the Bank, as well as strategic external partners towards a common goal of delivering integrated products and solutions for our consumers. This includes workflow, UX and Platform services in one of the fastest growing areas in the organization and bringing innovative use cases to life at scale.
This role partners closely with teams across the bank including Technology, Payment Services, Business Banking, Finance, Legal, Credit, Risk and Compliance. Collaboration is critical to succeed in this role.
Understand, influence and translate credit and risk policy into intuitive and simple to use consumer credit experiences
Support efforts to ideate, develop and execute the product roadmap tied to known customer needs and BNPL strategy including sales, retention and cross-sell activities
Work closely with clients, other product, technology, and other internal and external business partners to gather customer feedback to deliver winning solutions to the market
Elevate US Bank’s BNPL/POS offering in the consumer’s consideration with deep understanding of their expectations, needs and challenges balanced by risk – return dynamics
Define OKRs and KPIs to support end goal to win in the market inclusive of all required data and reporting tools required for ongoing growth of the products
Define and deliver tangible points of differentiation in our solution for Customers
Actively ensure all solutions meet internal and external legal, regulatory and compliance standards
At least 4+ years of experience with product development or strategy in payments, financial services, or fintechs
Bachelor’s degree, advance degree is preferred
Experience helping to design, build and successfully commercialize B2B2C solutions
Preferably has experience launching 0-to-1 products at fintech or BaaS, SaaS startup
Strong functional background in credit, pricing or risk processes in financial services
Prior Product Management experience working closely with Engineering teams to launch products on-time.
A team player with strong partnership and collaborative style, with outstanding communication skills: written, verbal and presentation
Prior experience managing product delivery in agile environment – experience with Jira, Confluence, Mural, Dragonboat or like tools is a must
Demonstrated ability to build healthy, inclusive work routines with tech and business partners to ensure consistent and productive sprint health

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $119,935.00 - $141,100.00 - $155,210.00
