Job Description
This leader will be responsible for managing an organization of over 50 individuals including team leads, contractors and FTE who onboard commercial, corporate, and small business clients onto treasury management products, such as ACH, Wires, and Real Time Payments. This leader will also manage the onboarding for highly complex treasury management products that are tightly coupled with technical connections to APIs (Applications Program Interface), file transmissions, and ERP systems. Responsible for driving client self-service initiatives and onboardings.
Strong partnerships with sales, product and operations teams is critical. It is essential for this leader to deliver a quality customer experience and streamlined client onboardings. Ensures accuracy, compliance with applicable law/regulations, and operational excellence.
This leader will drive productivity and operational efficiency for assigned team(s), using data, and direct client and internal partner feedback to inform team development and process improvement opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
Facilitates team meetings, huddles, 1x1s with assigned staff and skip level with indirect reports
Oversees production management for assigned teams, identifying trends and opportunities to drive efficiency related to the queue management and communication strategy
Oversees management of error remediation and escalations providing feedback as necessary to staff, partners, and leadership
Actively coaches and provides developmental guidance to assigned leaders and individual contributors
Fosters an environment and culture of accountability and ownership across all levels of the assigned organization
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience
5 or more years Treasury Management/Payments experience
5 or more years of supervisory/management experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
5 or more years of operations experience
Advanced knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies, and procedures for the assigned area
In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Thorough knowledge of banking operations and human resources

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $116,280.00 - $136,800.00 - $150,480.00
