Job DescriptionElavon is currently seeking an effective Senior Project Manager with demonstrated experience leading the identification, design, development, and implementation of key business initiatives. Assigned projects may be general or system-related, but the focus will be on business/technology transformation. Additional responsibilities include: • Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs; • Participates in training users and evaluates the project; and • Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.
The ideal candidate will work out of one of the following cities in a hybrid model (three days in office and two days remote): Atlanta, GA; Knoxville, TN; Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Englewood/Denver, CO; St. Louis, MO; Cincinnati, OH; Milwaukee, WI.
Basic Qualifications • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Skills/Experience • Knowledge, proficiency, and experience working in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), as well as in an Agile environment, preferably in merchant acquiring industry • Comprehensive knowledge of assigned business line or functional area • Demonstrated management and leadership skills • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Advanced knowledge of project management Project control and reporting
