Job DescriptionThis Senior Project Manager, supporting our Acquisitions group, is a senior program/project manager position requiring precision, excellence, and team leadership. The position grows into a people manager and large portfolio owner.
What you will do Responsible for managing the portfolio aligned products/program/projects by overseeing compliance with all processes and procedures associated with the intake, approval and tracking processes including the business case model, prioritization, approval processes, and reporting requirements throughout the life cycle of a product/program/project. Understands key business objectives and strategy of the product/program/project and supports other Program/Portfolio Managers in meeting business objectives, OKRs (objectives and key results), customer needs, KPIs (key performance indicators), and financial targets. Ensures end-to-end alignment of the portfolio of business priorities to financial targets by collaborating and relaying dependencies within and across Product/Program Owners in the Portfolio(s). Oversee the development and production of portfolio/program/project management reporting to leaders, business partners and teams in collaboration with product/program owners and managers. Serves as a POC throughout the portfolio/program/project management process to ensure decisions are in line with company strategic and financial goals on an ongoing basis, working with cross functional product/program/project teams using Agile/Waterfall, Product/Program Management and/or DevOps best practices.
Preferred Skills/Experience Manage budget of $15MM+ - budget controller with corporate accounting and finance knowledge Software product / program / project experience as a leader Hands on knowledge and experience with Agile, Product, and DevOps theories, principles and practices Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance Ability to communicate with all parties involved in the portfolio of products (programmers, third party vendors, end users, etc.) Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Ability to seek to understand, then understand to influence Champion team members giving credit and mindful of constructive criticism Degrees and certifications will help you stand out: MBA, CPA, Computer Science B.S., Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master (SM), Lean Six Sigma (Six-Sigma, Black Belt) Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $92,735.00 - $109,100.00 - $120,010.00
