U.S. Bank Senior Product Manager, Liquid Asset Secured Lending - Multiple locations in Denver, Colorado

Job DescriptionSupports the National Private Banking product management team within the Wealth Management & Investment Services Digital Team. Specifically, this position supports the Flexible Capital Platform, a liquid asset secured line of credit origination platform that is used by U.S. Bank business units as well as external, investment management institutions with which U.S. Bank partners to meet their organization's goals and client needs. Helps the team meet product innovation and development objectives. Assists in the evaluation of product enhancements as required by the business owner. In addition, works with internal technology partners and digital capability owners to identify longer-term opportunities to advance the product. Recommends enhancements to product line to stimulate sales through the platform and meet objectives. Help products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements and coordinate legal review of all supporting collateral materials and documentation.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Six or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience - Basic knowledge of the assigned business line and the underlying technology of the platform - Strong project management, design and development skills - Strong knowledge of product/program development, implementation and strategic analysis - Demonstrated proficiency in Agile development: journey mapping, user story development, backlog management - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong financial analysis and computer skills - SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Access a plus - Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00 - $136,400.00
