Job DescriptionU.S. Bank’s Strategic Execution team is seeking a Senior Manager with proven transformation leadership experience to drive change and accelerate execution across the enterprise. The Senior Manager partners with executives, senior leaders, and implementation teams to design and deliver One U.S. Bank solutions with superior initiative outcomes. Additional responsibilities include: • Supports Senior Directors in driving execution of large-scale, enterprise-wide transformational initiatives; • Structures approaches to strategic initiatives and drives information gathering, analysis, and problem-solving; • Creates transparency by synthesizing information and designs communications, deliverables, and recommendations for senior leaders; • Collaborates with executives, senior leaders, and subject matter experts in designing and executing initiatives; • Assesses and facilitates comprehensive change management execution; • Drives initiative-wide accountability to produce measurable, optimized business outcomes; • Collaborates with business and technology partners to understand and drive innovative solutions; • Fosters agile thinking and a continuous improvement mindset in colleagues and team members; • Contributes thought leadership and consultative capabilities to strategic execution priorities; • Continuously expands and develops industry knowledge and experience in order to effectively influence strategic execution; and • Leads, manages, and mentors team members, ensuring skill development to meet current and future execution needs enterprise wide.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience - Eight or more years of relevant experience working on large-scale, enterprise-wide transformative initiatives, preferably with leading financial services providers or consulting firms - Three or more years of senior leadership experience designing and managing high-impact transformation strategies

Preferred Skills/Experience - Expertise in one or more areas of banking, finance, consulting, and/or enterprise transformation - Experience with a variety of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall - Experience in process improvement methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) - Strong problem-solving, analytical, storyboarding, and deliverable development skills - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to change - Positive, consultative approach to people management and skills development as a team leader and/or mentor - Demonstrated history of managing a large volume of deliverables with speed and accuracy - Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence effectively in a large organization - Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence resulting in the ability to successfully present complex ideas - Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications - Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of work time
