Responsible for servicing and implementation of the Treasury Management Healthcare Products suite, web based software that electronically houses payer remittance and correspondence data, generates outbound 835 files and drives workflow improvement to create efficiencies in payment posting.
Maintain and enhance customer relationships through the effective servicing of treasury management services
Provides project and analytical support to assigned business line
Evaluate complex servicing requests, work with multiple product partners to determine the cause, resolve the issue in a timely and customer focused manner
Communicate findings to ensure the organization learns from pertinent occurrences
Communicate with our customers, business partners, and vendors to build detailed requirements and situational awareness of the servicing event
Successfully complete with end-user training for our customers, as needed
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Five to eight years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Skills and Experience
Two to three years of experience in healthcare billing or revenue cycle management
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Some knowledge of project management
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
Familiarity with U.S. Bank’s healthcare lockbox receivables solution
Experience in cash applications, insurance follow-up or ERA/EFT enrollment
Knowledge of payer remittance advice, explanation of benefits, institutional and professional claim files
Strong written and verbal communications skills

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $68,765.00 - $80,900.00 - $88,990.00
