Job Description We have a great opportunity for a Digital Integration leader to join US Bank and work in a collaborative agile based team environment with partners across the organization including Product, Sales, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Operations. This role will work closely with the Digital Transformation Team and the New Product Development Team who design and implement new financial products. The Digital Integration Leader will ensure Client Integrations works proactively on these digital initiatives and selects the right clients as early adopters.

The Role

The role will manage three teams of professionals responsible for the client onboarding and client integration support. The first team is responsible for onboarding clients onto new digital financial products developed within U.S. Bank as well as FinTech’s. The second team is responsible for transforming, eliminating, and automating Client Integration onboarding business processes. The third team is responsible for representing the onboarding requirements and working with IT on the core technology that allows over 200 FTE to onboard customers every day.

Key Functions

Contributes to the strategy for embedding these new solutions into the Client Integration organization. Drives and executes on the Client Integration sections of the digital transformation roadmap. Researches and understands up and coming digital technologies and determines how best to implement these cutting-edge solutions for our clients. Ensures quality service and effective support for all the assigned internal and external customers. Accomplishes results through the effective management of staff. Develops and administers corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Establishes operational systems and procedures affecting assigned units, coordinating system conversions from a client onboarding perspective.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience 12 or more years of operations experience Seven or more years of supervisory/management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

Knowledge in financial/banking payments, including real time payments Knowledge in financial/banking file transmissions, APIs, and ERPs Experience with onboarding clients onto financial products and solutions Knowledge in efficiency tools, such as robotics Experience in leading complex initiatives Advanced knowledge of financial functions, systems, policies and procedures In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Thorough knowledge of banking operations

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $170,850.00 - $201,000.00 - $221,100.00
