Job DescriptionHighly senior professional who is able to independently handle large sophisticated clients who are active market participants. Project management is a must which includes managing people on a team with common goals. Coordinates closely with the Senior Business Development Officers and Associates, Senior Project Managers, and Senior Fund Managers to make sure their investor financial needs are met in each phase of the life of a syndication deal. Position will compile the fund offerings, closing projections, and post close reports for the most complicated transactions and the transactions with our top investors.
This role will support the Director of Investor Strategy in communicating with investors on the details of the financial offerings and other investor financial needs. This position will play a key role in communicating with challenging investors and complicated transactions to secure investor commitments. Position will also take leadership role for other investor strategy analysts. This leadership role will include working with other analysts to recommend investor strategy in all asset classes, potential investors to target, and pricing analysis to the Director of Investor Strategy. There is a high level of financial expertise, leadership skills, and collaboration required.
Summary of Essential Job Functions • Coordinate investor needs with Sr. BDAs, Sr. PMs, and Sr. FMs • Compile Fund offering for complicated transactions/customers • Compile other complicated financial needs of investors • Advise, review, and work with other analysts on strategy recommendations
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, or equivalent work experience - 12 or more years of related experience in financial services industry OR Master's degree and 10 or more years of related work experience
Preferred Skills/Experience - Leadership experience - MBA, CPA, JD, CFA or candidate for CFA, or comparable work experience - Proficiency understanding and communicating financial models based on IRR and XIRR - Self-starter and able to work in environment with minimal direction - Strong understanding of real estate and/or tax credit transactions across varying products - Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills needed - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $111,690.00 - $131,400.00 - $144,540.00
