Ascent Private Capital of U.S. Bank is seeking an effective Product Manager with demonstrated product leadership experience and a proven track record of impacting change within an organization. The Product Manager must have a well-developed understanding of user needs aligned with business objectives and build close relationships with key stakeholders to define the business strategy for a product. Should have a background in the field of investments, be detail oriented, have a history of quantified achievements, and possess an intrinsic desire to succeed and grow within a high performing team. Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain working relationships with Ascent partners. Recommends enhancements to product line to stimulate usage and meet objectives. System administration – Assist in the daily maintenance, which would include reconciliation, reporting, and onboarding of clients.
· A significant part of the job will involve investment focused activities including, but not limited to performance reporting, investment documentation, and providing performance measurement.
· Must have strong writing, grammar, and communication skills
· Must have exceptional Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office skills as well as be competent with technology
· Will become expert at using the Addepar investment analysis and reporting system
· 3 to 5 years of experience in Wealth Management or Investments
· Thorough knowledge of data feeds, databases and APIs
· Strong organizational skills (requirement gathering)
· Creative problem solver
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong financial and competitive analysis and computer skills
· Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills
· Experience using Addepar (or related), FactSet, Morningstar, Pivot, SharePoint
· Working towards CFA.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $76,840.00 - $90,400.00 - $99,440.00
