DESCRIPTION OF ROLE
We are seeking an executive Principal Technical Product Manager to lead our internal Developer Console supporting our internal development teams.

You think expansively about not just the Console, but also the overall developer experience. You are a thoughtful leader who values diverse teams, knowing that diverse teams have the best chance of having the polite, but vigorous debates required for delivering great engineering solutions. You are curious and dedicated to making our developers enthusiastic about our tooling ecosystem. You make the team room both productive and fun to work in.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
5+ years’ experience in product management
Experience with developer tools and experience
Proven experience working with UI/UX designers
Lead your product area, providing vision, technical leadership, and mentorship for your team.
Deep experience with modern product management practices and working with design teams and engaging in product design processes such as persona and journey mapping. Experience with agile and product-model delivery practices
Author documents relating to product life cycle including product roadmap, business requirements, and functional specifications
Drive product development across teams (primarily Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and Business Development) through business requirements, design, implementation, and deployment
Work collaboratively with Engineering as an advocate for the needs of our customers.
Evaluate industry innovations and technology platforms
Work with the business development, account management, operations, and engineering teams to design, plan, and implement system integrations with partners and customers
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on achieving goals through problem solving and collaboration with diverse teams with diverse incentives and interests

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $135,490.00 - $159,400.00 - $175,340.00
