Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for the right leader to join U.S. Bank as the Principal Product Manager for Digital Data and Metrics. Having a solid understanding of digital activity is foundational to the success of U.S. Bank as we work to actively grow and enhance our digital experiences and offerings for our customers. This position will work across all levels of the organization to ensure digital metrics are front and center of our technology initiatives and are understood and captured in a consistent manner. They will also work with key business partners to influence and ensure a clear definition of digital metrics, leveraging existing work done to date and industry standards. We’re seeking candidates who have expertise in digital data metrics and measurements at scale and/or preferably with organizations undergoing similar digital transformations as U.S. Bank.
Responsibilities: Leading digital data related discussions across U.S. Bank enterprise to define our digital data metrics.
Collaboration with senior leaders in Enterprise Strategy and Analytics, Chief Digital Office, Technology Services, Operations Services and Enterprise Data Governance.
Creating a digital metric foundation and ensuring we are looking collectively across channels and infrastructure (SORs) and reflecting a holistic digital footprint.
Prioritize data needs, work with partners and engineering teams to implement accordingly. This will include the definition and creation on a new Enterprise Digital Metrics Reporting layer within UDAIP, leveraging our other enterprise data products (AC360).
Understand the business flow and success and use it as the context to define and implement right data solutions.
Take a data product approach in championing digital metrics success.
Ability to personally dive into the data and draw out insights that help lead the discussion & ensure thought leadership in this vital space.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience; Master’s degree preferred
10 or more years of product management experience
Preferred Experience Experience with digital metrics and measurements at scale
Experience with organizations having done or are undergoing similar digital transformations
Prior work in technology or fintech
