We have an open position within the TOS Vendor Strategy team for a Technology Vendor Relationship Manager. This is a new position on the team to focus on developing strategies for key vendor interaction. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in vendor management, procurement and/or contract negotiation. Ideally, experience with technology vendors and an understanding in how technology is used within in a large, global enterprise. Involved directly in maintaining and improving existing technology vendor relationships. Monitoring and enhancing performance of strategic vendor relationships. Experience in leading vendor relationship efforts with internal partners including Procurement, Contract Analysts and Business Line representatives. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management and business development abilities. Be self-motivating with the ability to work independently. Possess the ability to communicate both verbally and written to all layers of the organization. Strong organizational skills to successfully coordinate initiatives across a diverse vendor portfolio.
Involved directly in maintaining and improving existing Technology & Operations Services (TOS) vendor relationships. Monitors and enhances vendor performance in all assigned relationships. Responsible for leading efforts including Procurement, Contract Analysts and Business Line representatives. Coordinates multiple business line participation on shared projects. Identifies opportunities and develops strategies to interact with key TOS vendor relationships. Provides procurement advice to customers. Incorporates appropriate procurement processes and services to internal customers. Identifies and successfully capitalizes on interdepartmental contract leverage opportunities.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Five to eight years of experience in procurement contract activities
Thorough knowledge of purchasing, procurement, and contract negotiation and administration
Knowledge of Procurement leading practices
Strong relationship management and business development abilities
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong sales and collaborative team building skills
Well-developed financial and market analysis skills and experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated project management skills
Well-developed management and leadership skills
Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, cash management, and operations
Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all levels across the company

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $99,365.00 - $116,900.00 - $128,590.00
