Reporting to the Head of Digital Growth, you will support a culture of learning with direct accountability for the comprehensive Organic Growth Strategy for Small Business Payments and Point of Sale, strategically building visitor confidence with the right combination of product information, tools and experiences that empower organic visitors and customers across the Public Sites.
With strong Search Engine Optimization expertise and Product Management experience, you will ensure that SEO and data are foremost drivers of content decisions with continuous analysis of keyword ranking, traffic and conversion metrics (funnel entry). You will lead the development of Organic experiences and content architecture that progressively drive higher volumes of qualified visitors via strong Search Engine ranking and performance.
Respective to Payments Acceptance and Line of Business (LoB), you will establish, measure and report Organic KPIs across the Public Sites, develop and maintain standardized tactical and strategic dashboards and lead the creation of comprehensive communication plans for new product launches. You will actively partner with additional matrixed teams including Marketing, Mar-Tech (AEM) and Testing Teams in pursuit of highly relevant, cohesive and elegant experiences that drive measurable and progressively increasing LoB account growth in the digital channel.
Bringing a 10x growth mindset, you will leverage data as the Voice of the Customer, carefully defining traffic goals, keyword ranking and backlinking opportunities. You will proactively partner within the Digital Growth Team and across matrixed teams to drastically expand the scale of qualified organic audiences to substantially grow organic traffic and application funnel entry with urgency.

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $124,695.00 - $146,700.00 - $161,370.00
