Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, team oriented and skilled Systems Administrator to join our Access Management & Configurations team near one of our Cincinnati, OH, Irving, TX or Richfield, MN locations. This System Administrator will be responsible for providing maintenance and administration for Computer Assisted Collections System (CACS) and STRATA ensuring the system configuration, reporting analytics, and data integrity. This candidate shall take ownership of all aspects Computer Assisted Collections System (CACS) and STRATA. This individual will serve as the CACS and Strata expert and be experienced in administering, managing, and upgrading the system.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Manage day-to-day CACS and STRATA activities including planning and oversight of product data management tools.

  • Be the primary CACS and STRATA interface to cross functional leadership members.

  • Collaborate & communicate professionally with Executive Level and Business Line partners while developing business relationships.

  • Assist users with data enter, data validation, data quality assurance within Strata and CACS.

  • Stay informed about about, enhancements and new features within Strata and CACS

  • Implement automation processes to streamline task and workflows.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Eight or more years of direct experience with project management responsibilities

Preferred Skills :

  • Proven experience as a systems administrator, particular with CACS and Strata systems.

  • Strong technical expertise win CACS and Strata system administration and troubleshooting.

  • Detailed oriented with strong documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaborative in a team

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,345.00 - $95,700.00 - $105,270.00
