Job DescriptionU.S. Bank is seeking a highly effective and dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead key Digital Transformation efforts within Global Treasury Management (GTM). In line with our client’s needs for simplicity and ease of use, GTM is working to simplify how clients interact with us by using the latest digital trends and technology. The Senior Product Manager will have the unique opportunity to lead an agile team consisting of cross functional partners from Technology and Design to drive and execute on the Digital transformation roadmap. Leveraging a self-sustained delivery model, this agile team will be tasked to deliver new features and digital tools at a rapid pace. In this environment, priorities will shift frequently based on new information such as user feedback requiring the team to quickly pivot and adjust accordingly. In addition to the daily agile team responsibilities, this role is expected to challenge the status quo and provide inventive ideas for pain points around onboarding and digital experience.

As part of the agile delivery, the Product Manager will manage new concepts from ideation to design to commercialization including multiple pilot iterations throughout. As part of this product life cycle, the Product Manager will recruit and partner with Clients to participate in research sessions and to test beta versions of the latest digital tools. This role will require partnering with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to secure participation and support for these newly developed digital tools.

The Product Manager will contribute to the growth of GTM business through ideas and solutions based on market research, competitive analysis, customer demand and working in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and the rest of the Product Team within Treasury Management. This job will also provide the opportunity to learn different aspects of Treasury Management business including Payables, Receivables, and Liquidity Management, which will help with alignment, integration and data exchange with other GTM offerings to provide a holistic solution to clients and internal partners. This job would also entail researching on up and coming digital technologies including Artificial Intelligence, APIs and their applications within Treasury Management, and coming up with strategic plans to implement cutting edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a thought leader and execution partner in contributing to shaping up the overall digital transformation strategy in support of overall GTM strategic roadmap.
  • Drive digital solutions end-to-end, collaborating with partners across the organization
  • Partner with Enterprise teams to evaluate and onboard vendors as needed for building digital solutions within GTM
  • Ensure solutions are built with a “client lens”, and solicit client feedback as and when required
  • Ensure solutions are holistic and complement other GTM offerings
  • Ongoing communication and engagement with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on such initiatives.
  • Define appropriate KPIs, OKRs and metrics to measure execution success and develop recommendations to advise senior management.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Eight or more years of related work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience - Experience working in Agile based teams - Can communicate effectively with team members, senior executives and business partners. - Works well in a fast paced, cross-functional environment. - Understands current market trends and client expectations/buying behavior in the Treasury space. - Successful track record of supporting and leading complex programs in large multi-product organizations. - Prior experience in working on in-house and vendor supported products. - Understands product costing, P&L management and has extensive worksheet and analytics skills. - Working knowledge of Treasury Management as a business - Very strong product development and management skills - Well-developed oral and written communication skills. - Strong financial and competitive analysis and PC skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
