Job Description

The Corporate Real Estate Program Manager partners with leaders to oversee overall program development, including the high-level planning, executing, and tracking of all projects across the organization within assigned program(s). Monitor project team activity within assigned program to ensure program requirements and processes are being followed. Facilitates the identification of gaps and drives solutions that improves accuracy and efficient delivery of projects. Ensures the active identification, response and/or escalation of risks as appropriate. Accountable for an effective partnership between internal and external stakeholders for the successful delivery of assigned program.

Key responsibilities of a CRE Program Manager include:

  • Ensure projects and programs are aligned with the strategic plan of the organization.

  • Defining and maintaining the program playbook, including life cycle process, standard tools, templates and deliverables within each program.

  • Definition of program controls / reporting to manage the program and communicate to stakeholders.

  • Monitoring progress to ensure that milestones are being met across various projects within each program.

  • Management of overall program budget.

  • Management of risks and issues that might arise over the course of the program life cycle and taking measures to correct them when they occur.

  • Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects and programs in the broader CRE context.

  • Management and use of internal and external resources in support of each overall program.

  • Driving key stakeholders involved in the projects to deliver on their individual requirements.

  • Ensuring that deliverables are aligned across the projects and overall program.

Basic Qualifications

  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of assigned business line or functional area

  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Advanced knowledge of project management

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Location Expectations

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $116,280.00 - $136,800.00 - $150,480.00
