You possess strategic vision and tactical mastery and combine them with a high level of self-motivation, facilitation and communication along with the ability to drive and motivate teams to get the job done. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious objectives and work closely with partners across product teams to design innovative solutions and balance challenging priorities and demands. You are laser-focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction, and you'll need to wear many hats, so flexibility and a can-do attitude are critical! Partnering with stakeholders, you will act as a team facilitator, constantly challenging old norms while keeping your teams focused on the goals of agile mindset, customer feedback, iteration and speed to market.
As a Principal Agile Coach, you will focus on coaching and mentoring leaders and teams to adopt agile ways of working in a product-led organization; in addition to being a servant leader to a team of coaches and scrum masters that will report to you. As a leader of Scrum Masters and Coaches, you’ll work to develop, nurture, empower and unlock the greatest potential in your team, so that they can unlock the greatest potential in teams they serve.
The Digital Platforms portfolio creates a robust development ecosystem of reusable design components, APIs and microapps which reduce overall development time for our B2B and B2C products. Our Platform products create reusability enabling customer data and personalization, API platforms and services, sales and onboarding, servicing and interfaces, document management, consumer identity, money movement transactions and more.
Acts as a change agent who helps set the vision, charter, roadmap, and provides thought leadership on removing impediments to Agile success.
Responsible for coaching and mentoring product teams at the product or portfolio levels, including Scrum Masters, Product Managers, UX Designers, Technical Leads and executives, to leverage Agile mindset and principles, design and engineering/DevOps practices and product management practices to deliver high value, customer focused products and outcomes.
Serves as a subject matter expert on scaling Agile development leveraging product management practices, embraces servant leadership, understands engineering/DevOps practices and serves as a role model for the team to continuously improve Agile behaviors, which includes key mindset shifts in the journey to Agile.
Designs, develops and facilitates training of Agile practices to leaders and teams.
Performs evaluations, and reviews of processes and methodologies. Identifies strengths and continuous improvement recommendations of existing processes through retrospectives and metrics.
Partners with leaders and teams to develop transparency to outcome-based strategies, objectives and work; facilitate product chartering, roadmaps, OKRs, prioritization techniques, retrospectives and celebrate outcomes in creative ways

Demonstrated experience running multiple Journeys/Portfolios concurrently
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or similar field, or equivalent work experience
7+ years of experience with Agile frameworks and support tools
3+ years of experience leading Agile transformation
Agile or Professional Coaching certification, or equivalent work experience
Strong knowledge of Agile values, principles and practices
Experience as an Agile or Product Coach serving multiple distributed teams simultaneously
Working knowledge and experience with Design Sprints and/or Product Discovery tactics
ICAgile Professional Agile Coaching certification or equivalent preferred
Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and other Agile frameworks
Demonstrated ability to partner and communicate effectively with non-technical team members, resolving contending or contradictory objectives, and unifying disparate ideas into a homogenized solution
A passion for mentoring and growing the potential of others
Extensive experience with Agile product management and engineering practices
Experience coaching and communicating with executive leaders (lead through influence)
Ability to coach, teach and guide leaders and teams through outcomes-based planning and value delivery (OKR)
Demonstrated ability to measure the direct and indirect impacts of their coaching
Ability to work in ambiguity and iterate to a solution – can estimate and solve basic business problems without explicit direction
Creative, flexible, and willing to continuously change, evolve, and improve software development processes
