Job DescriptionU.S. Bank is currently seeking a GTM Client Integrations Manager for Direct Fulfillment, who will be an experienced manager with strong leadership skills and will head up a team of Treasury Management Client Integration Direct Fulfillment Specialists. The team is responsible for the onboarding and implementation of Treasury Management products servicing our corporate, commercial, and small business clients. He/she will need to deliver a modern, seamless customer implementation experience while driving strategic, transformational, and digital change to implementation processes and services. The role will deliver results through the effective management and coaching of staff that may range from lower-level, non-exempt through exempt-level professionals. The department works collaboratively with our partners in Sales, Product, and Operations. Additional responsibilities include: • Manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional areas/regions; • Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers; • Administers corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations; and • Participates in the review and recommendation of operational systems and procedures affecting assigned units, coordinating system conversions from an operations perspective.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - 10 or more years of operations-related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience - Superior knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies, and procedures for the assigned area - In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations - Excellent organizational, managerial, and project management skills - Well-developed customer relations skills - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously - Thorough knowledge of banking operations and human resources - Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00 - $127,050.00
