Job DescriptionLeads a team of customer experience systems professionals in implementing strategies and tactics geared towards improving the customer experience. Leader will be responsible for a pod of professionals who implement consumer customer and brand related research while working with program leaders and insights consultants. Leader should have great team building capabilities, has demonstrated leadership capabilities, and is able to manage cross-functional teams. Leader will also be responsible for managing contractors who supplement the employeesParticipates in the identification, design, development and implementation of customer experience projects. Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Participates in training users and evaluating the project. Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.Basic Qualifications - Master's degree, or equivalent work experience - 10 or more years of experience with CX Survey tools and Customer Feedback systems - Two or more years of managerial experience
