Job DescriptionWe’re seeking individuals who are personable and naturally friendly, detail-oriented, bright and inquisitive, and excellent communicators. You will work in a fast-paced environment and utilize your skills to provide a consistent, exceptional customer service experience. As a Credit Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our consumer customers that have a loan, lease, or line of credit, such as a home equity line of credit. Our customers can reach us at the call center 7am-9pm Monday through Saturday Central Time. Preferred Skills/Experience Strong phone communication skills Problem-solving/critical thinking skills Familiarity with digital applications (e.g. banking apps, money transfer apps, payment/billing apps) Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information Proven time-management skills Associates Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or some college experience a plus Leadership experience a plus Bilingual English-Spanish speaking a plus
