Job DescriptionThe Commercial Loan Processor and Servicer supports banking lenders in loan implementation. Responsible for preparing and reviewing loan documents and ensuring the accurate set up of new loans on our servicing system, as well as ongoing maintenance activities. Will maintain a compliance monitoring database that tracks credit requirement.
Telecommuting / Office Locations / Hours During the pandemic this position will be onboarded and worked remotely/from home. Once it's safe again, employees will likely be expected to return to the office; therefore, eligible candidates must live within commuting distance to one of our four offices below. Regardless of location, the hours will be Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm central time. This position can be located in any of the following cities: Saint Paul, Minnesota (Downtown)
Overland Park, Kansas
Cincinnati, Ohio (Downtown)
Seattle, Washington (Downtown)
Basic Qualifications Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
Five or more years of experience in financial services industry
Preferred Skills/Experience Basic understanding of loan administration, policy, procedures, and regulatory compliance
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to interpret legal documentation, and credit approvals
Ability to identify and resolve possible exceptions
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
