The Technology Product Manager ensures the development, delivery and deployment of critical technology functions and enhancements across multiple internal applications. Manages a team of employees who provide critical support to the GTM's client onboarding function. Manages and enables the prioritization of enhancements and defect fixes. Coordinates and supports a myriad of technology and software releases across multiply technology products. Ensure the development of critical business database functions that enables the effective management of the pricing, onboarding and client product conversion/migration functions. Ensures GTM technology needs are adequately represented in the CAPEX function and serves as the face of GTM with TOS as it pertains to the technology needs of the business.
Oversees the strategic product management for assigned technical product line(s) in support of Global Treasury Management’s (GTM) core processes, goals, and market needs
Ensures delivery of strategic, client centric capabilities and engages with key stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize features
Ensures effective and consistent collaboration with our journey and agile scrum team
Drives functionality, the prioritization of enhancements, the user experience, and strategic direction for multiple facets of GTM’s internal applications
Acts as a business engineer rationalizing the use of data, bridging sprints to meet needs of both customers and end users, interacting and operating within the product delivery teams throughout the agile delivery process
Supports the cross functional technology needs of the greater GTM organization and partners on solutions that enables the success of the business
Manages a team of technology product managers, business systems analysts and project analyst who support a myriad of business systems, applications, databases, and technologies
Also supports the Capital Expenditures initiative and ensures the requisite technology needs of the business (GTM) are adequately represented and secured (financially) to deliver the technological infrastructure in support of new products and processes critical to the success of the business
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of operations-related experience
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Advanced knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (especially within the Continuous Improvement disciplines)
Comprehensive knowledge of assigned business line or functional area (Financial Services, Treasury Management)
Demonstrated organizational leadership skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5 or more years of team management experience
Strong technology product management design and development skills
Strong knowledge of technical product/program development, implementation, and strategic analysis
Tech fluent, forward-thinking, and innovative
Thorough knowledge of competitive market, operations and various products and services within assigned area
Well-developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong financial and competitive analysis and technical skills
