As a Product Manager for the Interfaces Platform, you will sit at the center of an agile product team supporting the entire enterprise with a focus of creating comprehensive user experiences covering consumer, small business, corporate, commercial and branch employees that marries research, information architecture, data, design, and technology across all customer and employee touch points. You will also coordinate and lead the functional design, engineering, and stakeholder management across multiple leadership levels from various disciplines.
Managing this capability will require constant alignment with designers and developers embedded within business-line product, journey, and platform teams to ensure the product is meeting the evolving needs of our customers.
In a nutshell, the candidate is responsible for:
Understanding and communicating product vision and strategy
Developing product roadmaps (Annual and Quarterly) and managing multiple levels of Objective and Key Results
Manage the day-to-day activities of a cross-functional Agile team and Work with release management and communicate updates to stakeholders
Evaluate market trends for new capabilities as well as business line requirements for product improvements
Ensure the product meets state and Federal regulatory requirements, Privacy and Compliance guidelines
Collaborate closely with Marketing partners, Experience Design teams, Technology Partners, Content Strategists and Cross-functional Business Line owners to understand future needs and requirements as well as socialize progress.
Maintain and refine product backlog; create user stories and acceptance criteria and assist in the prioritization of all stories to ensure work efficiency.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members to cultivate growth and development
Manage the offshore teams by defining clear requirements and managing the feature delivery
Preferred Skills/Experience
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
8+ or more years of product management experience
2+ years of managerial experience
Demonstrated experience working with a cross functional team delivering customer facing products
Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment
Thorough knowledge of varies aspect of product management (Data Science/Statistics, User Experience Design, Marketing, Pricing, etc.)
Knowledge / Experience building cloud applications
Knowledge / Experience working closely with enterprise design systems
MBA or related advanced degree
CSM/CSPO or related certification
