Job DescriptionThe Enterprise Interfaces Platform team will provide Segment & Platform Digital owners the tools, knowledge, documentation, & direct support to reuse fully production-ready flows in their web and mobile applications. When a flow doesn’t exist, we will help build it, audit, and deploy it with all stakeholders in mind.As part of this platform team, the Integration Product Manager will lead the development for a suite of administration tools to manage the work intake, versioning, governance, SLAs, compliance, and surfacing of new or existing interfaces to ensure U.S. Bank delivers a best-in-class, “One U.S. Bank” digital experience to customers and employees alike. This team will seek out opportunities to streamline the governance and auditing processes of inbound assets utilizing tools and automation to meet defined OKRs. Responsible for the API integration for exposing content, low level code, tutorials, and designs. In addition to developing tracking and analytics around platform and component usage.
As a Product Manager, you will partner with business line, platform owners, user experience, and technical counterparts to create role based admin governance experiences that meet core business objectives. In this role, you will drive the management, governance, and compliance of reusable components via an internal portal that meet core business objectives. This role will also lead development and management of integration functionality and admin tools utilizing onsite and offshore resources, informed by market research, benchmarking, and relevant technology trends.
Key activities: - Drive integration, admin tool platform functions. - Partner with capability managers, delivery managers, architects, designers, scrum masters, business lines and other product managers to evangelize the best solutions and facilitate execution across the enterprise. - Hands-on leader who excels at data analysis and customer research to drive discovery and ensure the right problems are identified along with the most fitting solutions. - Work collaboratively across businesses / functional / platform areas to define, sequence, and execute an enterprise roadmap that maximizes reusability - Establish quarterly OKRs that keeps the team focused and performing at a high level. - Act as a leader and mentor for other digital product managers and agile team members. - Advocates and embodies customer obsession. - Presents persuasively and authoritatively to peers and senior leadership, while facilitating collaborative conversation. - Directs people and work efforts across several, simultaneous projects to meet business goals.
Creates value in the Product Management function by: - Synthesizing each project’s business goals to set specific, measurable objectives - Performs ongoing measurement and reporting of these commitments - Consistently delivering work that meets or exceeds commitments - Reporting regularly on performance to senior leadership - Managing the “brand” of the broader Enterprise Interfaces Platform team and promoting a customer-obsessed culture within the Bank, making the team a source of expertise others seek and want to join - Take products from initial concept through user research, co-creation, and rapid prototyping - Partner with Agile practice leads to evolve how Agile and Lean management are applied at the Bank - Demonstrate thought leadership by integrating analytics, business model, and design thinking to drive innovative new experiences for customers that have a positive impact on business results - Motivates and engages team members to achieve peak performance and high job satisfaction
QualificationsBasic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - 6 or more years of product management experience
- 2 or more years of managerial experience
- 1 or more years work in Agile teams
- Strong product management, design and development skills
- Excellent management, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong change management skills focus on leading transformational change
- Experience in, or exposure to, internal employee facing portals, administration tools, multi-platform integration, REACT websites, and native mobile solutions.
- Exposure to or direct experience with enterprise IT environments and software development
- Marketing and market research skills and experience
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
