Job Description

The Head of FX Retail Sales will report to the Co-Heads of FX Sales and will lead a team of retail focused FX marketers. This role is a new one as U.S. Bank is expanding its retail and branch FX efforts. Expansion of the retail effort will require development of a combined FX Retail Sales Strategy, utilizing and/or modifying the strategies that are currently in place. Responsibilities will include;

Engagement with senior leadership to obtain sales and investment resources to support the new retail and branch strategy

Working with Global Treasury Management (GTM), Consumer and Business Banking leaders and FX product management to design new and enhanced processes, products and sales engagement efforts that will improve the retail client experience and increase opportunities

Partnering with sales leaders in Foreign Exchange, Global Treasury Management (GTM) and Branch Banking to execute the strategy

Establish qualitative and quantitative sales goals, provide coaching and accountability requirements for the FX Retail team

Provide proper supervisory oversight of Retail FX Sales activities including; credit, business conduct, operational and market related risk

Ideal candidates will have experience in or knowledge of the FX Market.

Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years of banking experience

5+ years of management experience

BA/MBA in finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience

Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills

Knowledge of unit(s) and relation to industry

Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills

Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $160,480.00 - $188,800.00 - $207,680.00
