Job DescriptionU.S. Bank seeks a highly experienced and knowledgeable resource in the planning, execution, and measurement of digital media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and launching strategies that acquire customers, generate revenue, and create awareness. In consultation with U.S. Bank business leads, the Digital Media Manager will lead media campaign planning, execution, and optimization for the new Emerging Affluent Agile Studio, collaborating with other marketing partners and media agency.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with Emerging Affluent Agile Studio, subject matter experts across the enterprise and media agency to develop and execute digital marketing programs.
Lead media strategy and execution across Display, Online Audio, Online Video, Native, Paid Search and Social campaigns.
Manage day to day execution including campaign setup, tag management, trafficking, targeting selections and approvals, in market tests and optimizations.
Optimize and measure marketing tactics for each stage of the customer journey from awareness to conversion, ensuring goals are being met.
Collaborate with data analysts on projections, results, and reporting.
Grow digital program by staying on top of industry trends and innovations and identifying new opportunities.
Understand ongoing changes to digital measurement and impact to media buying.
Develop and implement A/B tests, including but not limited to audience tests, ad copy, calls to action, and landing pages.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
6+ years of experience in digital media marketing, preferably with financial services experience
Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience working on Agile marketing teams
Experience working in Google AdWords, Bing ads, SA360 platforms and running a variety of media tactics within those platforms such as SEM and RLSA.
Experience with Display Advertising services and platforms including but not limited to DSP, SSP, and direct publishers
Experience planning and implementing paid social ad campaigns across multiple social platforms.
Knowledge 3rd party digital ad tech such as adservers, site side analytics, DMPs, CDPs and multi-touch attribution.
Clear understanding of how media channels work together to create a cohesive, personalized marketing experience
Outstanding analytical and strategic thinking
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and drive to exceed expectations
Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions
