Job DescriptionU.S. Bank is seeking Contact Center CRM Technology Manager. As a CRM Technology Manager, you will be part of our amazing contract center technology team, where you will lead and nurture a team of Engineers in enhancing our CRM platform to support our growth and ability to create amazing agent experience. You'll work closely with the engineers on your team as well product, UX, QA and other partner teams to deliver well-engineered experiences that delight our customers and agents. One of the critical aspects of the role will be to drive the modernization of the CRM solution to cloud/ microservices and making sure we are using the DevOps/ CICD to drive efficiency and consistency.
Manage technical projects or programs to make sure we have quality delivery within committed timelines Perform design, development, testing, implementation and documentation within a fast-paced, agile-based work environment Enforcement and assistance of all Governance (including but not limited to Security and Compliance) Drive and enforce the development lifecycle including but not limited to standard practices, QA and code reviews. Engage with senior stakeholders to provide regular status on the projects and issues. Finding new ways to improve the speed, quality and security of our deliveries. Examples like new architecture or DevSecOps/ Automation. Motivating the team and nurturing their technical capabilities Provide recommended solutions for complex business problems Keeping up with the latest industry research and emerging technologies and find way to apply in this domain.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Six to eight years of relevant technical experience
- Five or more years of leading a software engineering team
Experience leading teams on CRM platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or Siebel. Experience working .net and Java technologies Five years of experience developing modern web applications Two years of experience focused on site reliability for high-traffic application 2-3+ years in an Agile environment Should have strong analytical and quantitative analysis skills Familiarity with design patterns, tools & methodology Ability to meet deadlines under pressure Excellent communication skills written and verbal Build a culture of inclusion, transparency, continuous learning, growth, and sharing of technological insights. Recruit, develop, and retain world-class engineers. Drive innovation and customer advocacy. Be a positive change agent with a “can-do” attitude. Prior success in hiring, mentoring, and developing highly effective Software Engineers and building high performing teams Be a strong team player Ability to learn/use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools Strong bias for action and ownership Exposure to banking domain and security needs will be a plus
