Job Description

Provides technical direction, guidance and support for architectural development that encompasses multiple technology disciplines, platforms and applications. Facilitates creation of architectural blueprints as documentation of design and systems integration. Ensures projects are designed within approved enterprise architectural standards and are implemented successfully. Coordinates communication to management and teams regarding project development, strategy and goals. May function as a Project Leader. Provides direction and mentoring for less experienced staff.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience

  • Seven to nine years of experience in a specialized area of technology architectural design process, or

  • Ten or more years of experience across technology disciplines

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Advanced technical expertise in architectural design, development and implementation with specialization in multiple technology disciplines, platforms and applications

  • Considerable knowledge in system integration and business process modeling

  • Thorough understanding of the enterprise architectural blueprint requirements and the impact on business functions

  • Advanced technical, logical, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to lead a project team

Additional Job Description

  • Research, Design, and develop data for language model to support virtual agent IT support conversations using ServiceNow's Virtual Agent intents, entities, and natural language understanding (NLU) capabilities

  • Leverage your expertise in NLP to train language model to provide accurate and contextually relevant responses to user queries with consideration to avoiding conflicts due future expansion of supported products and services

  • Support customer experience requirements, process design, system changes, testing, and analysis while providing technical expertise on all matters related to data modeling, infrastructure optimization, data science techniques, innovation, and NLP development.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days .

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $108,375.00 - $127,500.00 - $140,250.00
