Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for creating and implementing advanced analytics capabilities, to drive decisions that enable the delivery of a high quality user experience. Performing advanced business intelligence analyses and other predictive methodologies to ensure robust Service Support processes are in place to driving results and developing actionable insights and recommendations for use across the division/company. This position also plays a liaison role between the front-office and technology groups including Market and Business leaders, Business Development teams, Relationship Managers of other Lines of Business, Operation, Finance, Marketing, TOS and TT&SS.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Improve business prospecting by guiding the development and use of prospecting intelligence, data management and analytics capabilities. Establish and refine the Analytics presented to key stakeholders with the goal of providing helpful insight to drive processes and procedures that ensure each customer of our services gets a consistent and accurate quality experience Build strong liaisons and collaborate with internal data analytics groups. Participates in the design and implementation of Business Development activities and projects with a focus on better targeting prospects and leads. Design the management, tracking and reporting on client and employee incentives Collaborate with internal partners to collect and manage data (e.g., operations group, Finance, HR). Introduce new, creative, cognitive, and humanistic approaches to drive adoption of new products and services partnering closely with Service Center, Digital UX/UI Branding and Marketing Teams Pursue continued process improvements for better managing and using data for decision-making. Actively ensures compliance with the U.S. Bank Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, policies and procedures. Actively participates in any required corporate and business line training in these areas. Follows account opening procedures and understands and follows internal suspicious activity referral requirements and processes, as required for this position. Actively works with customers to understand each customer's normal account activity, as appropriate for this position.

Basic Qualifications - Master's degree in data and technology management, or equivalent work experience - Ten or more years of experience in data management and business intelligence in the financial services industry
