Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a high caliber professional to provide leadership of several key Enterprise Risk Management programs. The ERM Risk Governance Manager is responsible for U.S. Bank’s Risk Management Framework, Risk Appetite Statement, Quantitative Risk Scorecard, Concentration Risk Management Program, and the RM&C Strategic Planning Process.

Specific duties include: Responsible for U.S. Bank’s Risk Management Framework and Risk Appetite Statement including annual update process and evidencing linkage with other enterprise programs such as CCAR, Strategic Planning and Risk Identification. Incumbent will need to coordinate efforts across risk categories and Business Lines teams. Responsible for the Quantitative Risk Scorecards, centralize metric database, application, and reporting (distributed reports and data visualization). The Risk Governance manager will be responsible for the development of a risk metric framework which aligns to the company’s risk appetite and cascades through operating committee and business line scorecard reporting. Primary point of contact for RM&C, Business Line and Regulator questions regarding risk framework and risk appetite Responsible for Concentration Risk Management ensuring concentrations are properly identified and reported to executive management, regulators, and the Board of Directors. Responsible for RM&C Strategic Planning process which feeds into the U.S. Bank strategic plan including 2nd line risk review of the overall plan. Provides leadership and oversight for a variety of risk-related enterprise initiatives which would include participation in cross-risk category working groups.

Management Responsibilities. Manage a team of three RCA Professionals. Individual will be responsible for staffing, performance management, guidance, and training.
