Responsibilities Broaden exposure to DEI work at the bank and how it is actualized in a finance organization Employee groups: Development Networks and Business Resource Groups: our BRGs) bring together employees who have similar backgrounds, experiences or interests and their allies. Continue the work on how to bring our BRG’s to the next level. Basic qualifications Pursuing a master’s level degree
Preferred qualifications Pursuing a master’s degree in Business (MBA) Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Ability to think and work independently within a professional setting Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills Flexibility to work within a multi-discipline team and receive dynamic on-the-job training Highly organized; ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Experience working with business analytics Project or Program Management experience; experience leading projects
