Job Description
As a member of the Commercial Credit and Risk Technology team, you will enjoy a fast - paced creative Agile environment of new ideas, features, and products. We are looking for Senior Engineers who, along with their teammates, can take new ideas and build/prototype quickly, measure effectiveness, and assess viability with business partners . Your team, and you, will have the autonomy to define your roadmap, move at your own pace, and deliver innovative solutions.

Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for architecting, designing, developing, testing, operating and maintaining products.
Takes full stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable code.
Makes sound design/coding decisions keeping customer experience in the forefront.
Take ideas from concept to fully working prototype
Define and measure the results of those ideas and make informed product viability suggestions
Participate in all stages of the product life cycle: product brainstorming, design, and implementation
Ensure the successful transition of a successfully incubated idea
Not be afraid to fail

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to six years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
5+ years of expertise in large scale enterprise applications using Java, C#, Javascript, Microservices Cloud Experience, Azure a plus
Has a complete understanding of a feature, the users impacted, the flows impacted and feature's purpose
Technical designs are clear, well thought out, and considers dependencies, failure states, maintainability, testability and ease of support
Considers scalability, reliability and performance of systems/contexts affected when defining technical designs
Proven experience with simplifying product and technical design
Adept with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles and driven to keep up with new technologies
Able to communicate processes and results with all parties involved in the product team, including engineers, product owner, scrum master, third party vendors and customers
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
