Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES Provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for an assigned group or manager. Other duties may include collects and interprets data to produce reports; conducts special projects; coordinates meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements; and composes correspondence and other documentation as needed. Frequently uses personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, spread sheets, etc. Specific job duties vary by area.

Additional responsibilities for this position include:

  • Management support of Brookfield Capitol Drive Building.
  • New hire onboarding and exit and team equipment ordering and returns.
  • Hardware maintenance support and keeping system current.
  • Team technical/access service requests, e.g, ServiceNow and Access Management.
  • Maintenance of Distributed Mail Group.
  • SharePoint ownership, maintenance and approvals.
  • Financial tracking assistance, e.g., Clarity, Tech Credits, etc.
  • ICS team staff meeting coordination/facilitation
  • Coordination of team celebrations, e.g., retirements, birthdays, etc.
  • Coordination of team travel proxy coordination, events planning and space coordination.
  • Coordination of onsite food/vending.

REQUIRED - High school diploma or equivalent - Five to eight years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

PREFERRED - Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously - Advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical skills - Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data - Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills - Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
