Job DescriptionPartners closely with internal customers, business line stakeholders and Agile teams to drive the evolution of the assigned products. Maintains and refines product backlog; creates user stories and acceptance criteria and prioritizes all stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum business value that align with product strategy. Acts as primary liaison between the business and Agile teams, ensuring the teams understand vision for the product. Works closely in a hands-on style with development team including addressing daily prioritization needs, providing real-time feedback, and answering questions on an ongoing basis. Works with Product Management to set release dates, understand tradeoffs between schedule, scope, and budget, and communicates this information to the organization. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Five to seven years of related experience Duties and Responsibilities Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, functional and non-functional requirements Comfortable working in an Agile project management framework Experience working with sprints, managing multiple tasks, and managing backlog items Knowledge and experience in credit card issuing/processing industry/applications Ability to develop and articulate a product vision that supports outcomes, value, and prioritization of work Create direct channels of communication to software and application developers that get the job done without managerial interjection Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate with and empower teams Required Skills/Experience Card payment experience Collaboration skills, the ability to influence individuals and teams, well-developed written and verbal communication skills, Agile mindset Detailed analytical abilities Practical application ability with Microsoft Office and Visio or similar tools Proficient computer navigation skills Preferred Skills/Experience VersionOne / Jira / Jira Align Working knowledge regarding U.S. Bank’s consumer and small business products, systems, and applications Proven experience in Banking or Payments industry
