Job Description
U.S. Bank is seeking a SharePoint and Reporting Analyst with strong SharePoint and SQL experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. In this role the SharePoint and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for providing SharePoint and data solutions to multiple functional areas within Payment Services.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create and support the administration of SharePoint sites and workflows
Manage access and monitor space levels of supported SharePoints
Manage migration of SharePoint sites and workflows to newer versions in accordance to bank initiatives.
Assist in performing data extraction and data normalization using SAS/SQL. This includes researching and locating data populations, development of code to gather and review data, as well as execution and maintenance of reporting capabilities for ongoing processes.
Automate reports via schedulers
Re-run scheduled tasks as needed
Support Power BI reporting dashboards
Collaborate and communicate with partners in Risk, Compliance, Legal, Credit Operations, Fraud, Cardmember Services, and Technology & Operations (TOS) integration.
Support break fix activities for tools utilized, including triaging problems with Technology and Operations organization, Data Warehouse teams, and other data source owners
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Three or more years of experience in data management activities
Required Skills / Experience
Proficiency with design and development of SharePoint and data sharing tools
Proven experience with SAS, SQL, and data management toolsets used to extract and manipulate information from a variety of production systems and/or database sources
Ability to deliver output to users in required formats, identifying and correcting data anomalies
Automate extraction and delivery of information for optimal efficiency
Respond to and prioritize new data requests
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Task oriented with ability to manage deadlines effectively
Preferred Skills / Experience
Thorough knowledge of project management activities and techniques.
Strong experience managing, designing, and delivering against high level and low level design business requirements
Intermediate to Advanced coding experience
Proficiency with design and development of Power BI dashboards
Familiarity with products/services, systems, and associated controls; Understanding of the applicable regulations, laws, and other business requirements the area must comply with.

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $64,260.00 - $75,600.00 - $83,160.00
