What you will do
We are seeking a highly driven data-loving, creative-thinking MarTech specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in leveraging marketing data across the enterprise to enable better experiences and outcomes via personalization, segmentation, targeting, and measurement.
As part of the cross-functional team, you will drive incremental business value with personalized, data-driven, contextually relevant experiences and ensure projects and tasks are completed on time and on budget.
In addition, he/she will be responsible for all types of standard Salesforce Development and customization. This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating and modifying existing applications.
This position will work alongside Salesforce Administrators and other business analysts in the Information Systems team. This is a highly team-oriented role, and you must be able to collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, product, sales, and support.
Build and support new and existing Salesforce applications using technologies such as A pex, Lightning, triggers, controllers and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to enable critical integrations and company initiatives
Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rules
Be the technical subject matter expert for Salesforce and other technologies in our MarTech stack, and leverage your expertise to drive technical aspects of a best-in-class digital marketing and sales automation architecture
Enhance and support existing ServiceCloud implementation and continue development to further automate and streamline workflows and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data integrations from various applications to enable analytics that will support key decision making
Experience designing customer journeys and delivering exceptional digital customer experiences
Translate business requirements into effective technical designs and implementation
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Five to six years of relevant experience
At least 3 years of experience executing marketing programs in a B2B SaaS environment
3+ years of Salesforce Developer experience
Current Salesforce certifications (e.g. App Builder, Platform Developer I. Platform Developer II a bonus )
Experience implementing marketing automation platforms (preferably Pardot )
Experience developing Salesforce application front ends (such as Lightning, VisualForce )
Experience implementing Salesforce ServiceCloud
Highly experienced in implementing marketing tracking and attribution through various channels
Flexibility, strong decision-making skills, and effective time management skills
Experience integrating platforms via APIs
Experience with other tools in the MarTech stack such as Sales Enablement tools

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $112,710.00 - $132,600.00 - $145,860.00
