Job Description
We are currently seeking a Market Operations Analyst for our Small Business West Region. As a Market Operations Analyst you will be responsible for partnering and supporting Business Banking & Branch Partners in the Business account and CPO process. You will act as support, coach, advocate and liaison between Back office partners & customers. An ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast moving environment, meet set deadlines and communicate standards of operational policy and procedures.
This person can sit anywhere within the Idaho area, preferably Boise with the potential to travel to Montana.
Additional responsibilities include:
Participates & prepares Partner meetings
Maintains group chat
Partner with Market Operations to drive one bank
Partners with SBSM to identify gaps
Assist clearing new accounts errors & remediation (Manages BARTs process as SME) CDDO/EFCC/NGO/SRC escalations and onboarding NMLS
Aides Complex customer issues
Handles fee reversal recommendations and Wire support
Works with BMOL to implement and simplify process
Helps to interpret policy and procedures using the source and other internal resources as guide
Provide timely procedural & process updates
Review and analyze internal data to develop training strategizes
Keeping up with Technology for team support
Posses a high level understanding around Bus DDA & CPO process (Fusion/CEI)*Salesforce
Posses a Live Oak & Business Digital mindset support
Travel 25% (same as BMOL)
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Four or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Thorough knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for assigned business unit
Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders
Good understanding of project management and testing methodology and procedures
Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results
Strong analytical and forecasting skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to work as part of a project team
Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $58,480.00 - $68,800.00 - $75,680.00
