U.S. Bank Project Portfolio Analyst - Multiple Locations in Billings, Montana
Provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area. Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services. Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings.
Responsible for developing and maintaining resource capacity planning model, coordinating forecast inputs, and reporting to be utilized across Mortgage Change Management Organization (CMO). Work with CMO managers to ensure accuracy of resource capacity models to support active and forecasted project portfolio. Provide view of capacity and demand forecast projections to support Portfolio Management planning.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability required, including the capability to quickly change course as business needs dictate
Build and maintain relationships across a variety of internal partners
Self-motivated with a strong attention to details with the ability to work independently
Displays confidence in the ability to analyze and report on resource capacity
Ensures end-to-alignment of the CMO resource capacity and forecasting needed to support portfolio of business priorities by collaborating across the CMO Channel Delivery leads and managers.
Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Thorough knowledge of project planning/resource management
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
Demonstrated leadership skills
